Even going to visit the temple of Pashupatinath, the base of faith of Sanatan Hindus, now is the time to put on the power. Devotees from different countries including India are now coming to visit the temple.
Apart from festivals, thousands of devotees visit the temple every day. Even the devotees who returned after barely having a darshan look disappointed because of the poor security and queue arrangement. One can hear everywhere that devotees are complaining that they need power or acquaintances to have darshan at Pashupatinath.
What is even more ironic is that everyone is surprised to hear that the sandalwood distributed in Pashupatinath is also given differently.
Their people are given sandalwood that comes from inside, while ordinary people are given sandalwood like wood dust on the outside. Devotees who come to visit Pashupatinath are surprised to see that it is not monitored and controlled from anywhere. Daily regular and special pujas are performed. In Pashupatinath temple, it is customary to worship between 225 to 25 lakhs. It is mentioned that bookings for pujas will also be done online. Millions of offerings are made daily. How many other goods! It also had to be accounted for. The Pashupati Development Fund has been established, but this committee does not seem to have done much to monitor it. Now Aarti is performed in two places. Isn't this completely wrong? It was not possible to go to the temple of Pashupatinath.
