The forward steps of the country have not yet been decided by the rulers of Nepal. If the country cannot be transformed due to the mental shrinking of the leadership and those in power, it is taxing to blame them on their inaction.

On the one hand, the administrators and political leaders are playing their own tricks when it comes to promoting development activities, while on the other hand, Rana-style rulers and Michaha tendencies dominate from the center to the villages, and the budget is being poured into unnecessary development works.

Political parties, under the guise of leadership, there is no action against those who mix up the development budget, the courage of corruption has increased. Whether it is the construction of bridges where there are no roads, the random dozers in the mountains and the destruction of unique natural forms, or the construction of a substandard bridge on the Bishnumati River in Kathmandu, the Chure Conservation Program is just a name - the fact that funds have been grossly misused in these and countless other development works is not hidden from anyone. First of all, the democratic government system is so inferior that the ideas and plans of experts and politicians do not enter into it.

Good or bad, right/wrong, no matter what, the orders and instructions of the elders must be obeyed, leaders without vision, even if administrators say white is black and black is white, these references are reflections of the monarchy. We are not unaware of the fact that high-level administrators and leaders transfer, depose, and deprive them of opportunities. In this way, the economic and social condition of Nepal cannot improve until the end of the 'Has Hazur' tradition, the country can never rise from the mire of poverty.
