There is a proverb in Bhojpuri – uncha chadke dekha, sab ghar ek lekha. Meaning, deep down, they are all the same. Innate superiority is just a shell of ego, inside which a petty person hides. Just as a donkey is not a tiger in the skin of a tiger, so no one is superior in the skin of superiority. The author rightly says that Prithvipath means active monarchy and not constitutional monarchy. The king of the second class is dreaming of it while the king of the first class has left it.
