The then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli issued an ordinance against the law and appointed 52 people close to him as constitutional bodies.
A case was filed in the constitutional bench of the Supreme Court four years ago that the appointment was illegal and unconstitutional. Which has not been decided till date. This has damaged the public's faith in the court. Another question is being raised here, why are the judges of the Supreme Court afraid to give a timely decision on cases related to political disputes? The court should be able to maintain its dignity through work. Which has been missed in the appointment of Prime Minister Oli.
