The government has announced to implement a new plan with the aim of minimizing new slogans and announcements from the next financial year. Out of the 32 schemes that have been prioritized by the government, some of the old ones have been given a new look, while most of them are new.
Programs such as Rashtrapati Chure Conservation, Pradhan Mantri Agriculture Modernization, which were conducted under the names of the President and the Prime Minister, have been given new names and are called National Plans/Programs. It is mentioned that cancer, kidney, heart and intensive burn treatment services will be conducted in all seven provinces, uniformity will be brought in the curriculum of public and private schools. Similarly, programs such as re-operation of sick industries, 20-hour internship per week for graduates with minimum wages, and pilot projects to attract youth in agriculture are attractive, but there is no trust in the government, which has lost public trust over the years.
Instead of taking action against those involved in the fraud case and collecting the amount, the issue of establishing a fund to return the money of the cooperative savers can be understood as adding more hurt than relief. Among the other priority programs are 'friendship with all, enmity with none' policy, road improvement, driver capacity development, passing of nine bills from the budget session, implementation of the report of the high-level economic reform suggestion commission, declaration of internal employment decade from the next financial year are important. Programs such as remittances to promote hydropower projects, promotion of democratic system, cancellation of non-probable projects, review of master plan for conservation, commercialization of agriculture and coordination between three levels of government for expansion are also attractive. Other than
, ambitious plans are not feasible. Sadly, there is no mention anywhere of the tourism business that was announced two years ago and the tourism business that can flourish like an industry in Nepal. Neither import substitution and export promotion, which are very necessary, are mentioned. Because of this, most of the priority programs, including the declaration of the Decade of Domestic Employment, are called 'Hawadari'.
