Now the smoke of the teachers' movement is on the verge of fading away. Teachers are gearing up to return to their hallowed classrooms. But when returning, it is necessary to return not only physically, but also with a new resolve in spirit and thinking.

In the present time of crisis, the teachers must take some historic decisions which will guide Nepal's education towards a truly independent, clean and future building.

The first step, the certificate of political slavery should be flown in Bagmati. In the past, many political parties gave certificates to teachers to make them workers. Now is the time to collectively flush those certificates down the river. A teacher does not belong to any particular party, but to the nation. Now education should not be guided by any flag, any leader's selfishness, but only by knowledge and awareness.

Second, we must make a commitment to make schools free from politics. School is not a place for political factions. The school is the temple of thought, where free consciousness and true knowledge flourish. No longer an image of a leader, but a model of knowledge and culture should be established in schools. The real contribution to the future of Nepal is for the gurus to practice the religion of education and stay away from politics.

Thirdly, let's resolve to enroll our children in our own schools. If the teachers themselves do not keep their children in the schools they teach, how can we have confidence in the quality of education? Improvement of education is possible only with confidence and commitment. Enrolling your children in the same school where you teach is the first proof of honesty in education. In the end,

should be aimed at producing patriotic, ethical and rebellious students. Education should not be limited to book knowledge only. Students should become citizens who can stand against injustice, have self-respect and love the nation. Teachers should plant the lessons learned from their tears, injuries and struggles in future generations so that no teacher in Nepal of tomorrow will have to take to the streets again for their rights.

The decision that the teacher takes today is not only personal, but it is connected with building the future of the national level. Now is the time to be devoted to education, not politics. Let's throw away old chains in Bagmati and sow new seeds of hope in schools. Let us prepare future nation builders, who will take education to the peak of freedom.
