Other professional/employee demands, quickly and easily fulfilled. But it would be difficult to fulfill the demands of the teachers, even if a one-month-long agitation centered on Kathmandu was held to fulfill the demands that had already been agreed three times during the tenure of the three prime ministers.

Due to teachers' agitation, the date of class 12 exam fixed by the National Examination Board has been shifted. The Minister of Education has changed. Last time, even the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the teachers, and the government was under more pressure.

Why did the government have such a tendency towards teachers? Other professionals/employees have stayed away from political activities but teachers have remained wherever political parties use them as their cadres. Teachers are also ready to become activists. This is confirmed by the fact that there are fifteen organizations of teachers. If the teachers of different groups, which are fraternal organizations of different political parties, start accepting the instructions of the 'party' by being supporters of different parties, who will listen to the voice of the teachers? Who understands the teacher's problem? How are teachers honored? How powerful is their voice? On top of that, there is a situation where the local level dominated by a particular party is powerful. Some of them prefer to give some kind of stress on the basis of faith rather than equal treatment to the local government teachers.

Citizens' right to vote is about to end. Moreover, the teacher does not have to be a member of any political party. If taken, they will be used as workers of that party and become cheap. It would be enough if the teacher himself understood his own importance and became responsible for the code of ethics and duties he had to follow. Some people argue - 'Teachers' movement has violated the right of children to read.' This is correct. But such is the nature of movement. This movement is not only for the rights of teachers but for the improvement of the entire educational sector. Something must be lost to gain something. As the ongoing movement passes so much time, the School Education Act will come sooner or later. There may be some additional provisions in the Act. In any case, teachers these days should not take membership of any party and appear openly supportive. There should be only one 'Teachers' Union' of all the teachers. Only if this happens, the strength, honor and gravity of the Guru will remain.
