It is never appropriate to remove a national servant who is performing effectively in any agency of the country and appoint a controversial person without any reason.

Now it seems that if you are close to the party and such and such leader, you don't need any other qualifications. Appointment to any post in any body should be done on competitive basis. Let's select the candidate who gets maximum marks. What else can be a shameful and stupid decision like giving appointments on the basis of parties in a democratic republic? Therefore, when appointing to a position other than political appointment, let's advertise in accordance with the rules and select in the competition of the Public Service Commission.
