Rather than addressing the needs and problems of the country, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli seems to be engrossed in the power struggle within his own party.

Instead of focusing the government's attention on important issues such as education, health, employment, infrastructure construction and economic reforms, Prime Minister Oli now seems to be focused on trying to remove his critics from the party and preserve his power.

This behavior of the Prime Minister is causing great damage to the country. Development works are stagnant, people's problems are not given priority and people's trust in the government is also eroding. What is even sadder is that there is a strong possibility that other leaders will follow Oli's trend. There is an increased risk that their focus will be limited to power politics and internal disputes rather than nation building and solving people's problems.

The country now needs a responsible and visionary leader, who can rise above his personal interests and give priority to the long-term interests of the nation. The leadership of the country should not focus on keeping itself in power, but on giving concrete achievements in areas such as education, health, employment and economic development. Now is the time - the people will hold the government and leaders accountable. To secure the country's future, we must demand change and force the leadership to move in the right direction.

The country needs leaders who rise above the interests of the party and put the nation first and work towards sustainable development and unity.
