Teachers got many things like pension, savings fund, uniforms, and allowances only by protesting. Discrimination between teachers and staff is still evident in terms of service facilities.

Many times, by not implementing what has been agreed upon, teachers have been manipulated and manipulated. It is because of the habit of not understanding the language of the noble movement that the government always ignores their demands. Therefore, because the teachers are not confident with the government, the teachers' federation has shown maturity this time by not implementing the agreements made in the past and not going to the called talks. The movement should continue as per the schedule in order to fulfill the demand without being influenced by the Prime Minister's 'sympathetic appreciation and consolation' towards the teachers' movement. Therefore, let's make 'My movement: My participation' more participatory and effective. Do not delay in addressing the teacher's demands. If their demands are always ignored, the consequences can be dire.
