The incident in which a journalist was set on fire during the protest is reprehensible and inhumane. This is not a political struggle, but violence against innocent citizens and journalists.
Where is Nepali politics going? Suppressing the voice of the people, burning journalists, shooting, firing tear gas - is this democracy? Journalism is the pursuit of truth, the bridge between power and the people. If journalists are insecure, how can Nepali people be safe?
