This is what Kam Kuro means on the one hand

There is a Nepali proverb, 'Kam Kuro Ekatir, Kumlo Boki Thimitir.' Currently, the government led by KP Oli is trying to make sense of this proverb. Which is being widely opposed. I liked Kantipur's continuous news on this issue.

There are many tasks to be done and prioritized. But since the Oli government is trying to bring a law to give life-long benefits to the rulers who have looted the country, have been doing it and are doing it, it has become clear that this government is not responsible to the people at all.

In some places, people have died prematurely without receiving treatment, while others are unable to reach the hospital due to lack of finances. In such a situation, it is surprising to see that the government, on the contrary, is moving forward to bring a law to provide life-long benefits to those who do not need to provide them, increasing the financial burden on the country. Prespecifications are also independent. Why do they need to be fed by the nation? Instead, a law should be made to reduce the services that the pre-specialized are getting.

In a country like ours where there is no guarantee of a permanent government, there is no guarantee when the government will be formed and when it will fall. In this case, there is no indication of how many are pre-specified. It is sure that one day the state will be poor if every one who is added like this is given lifelong benefits from the state fund.

Therefore, it is not a matter of giving life-long benefits to any pre-specialized person, but if the government cuts down the services provided by the state and helps the poor and those suffering from lack of treatment, on the one hand, the government would also get it, and on the other hand, the people would also feel relief.
