We are also calling the person who works in planning, project and project as an expert. Even in newspapers, their articles are published as experts. After passing SLC or SEE in Sanskrit, IA in Humanities, Bachelor in Science and Bachelor in Nepali Literature, can a person who runs a project be called an expert? Those who recite Stotras, Rudri, Chandi etc. in Pashupatinath temple and earn some money if they get a chance and are educated in Sanskrit, Shastris and Acharyas and work on Diwalya, Shivalaya, Mathamandir projects and projects are called experts or not?
