Congress General Minister Gagan Thapa has expressed that the Congress party will not stay in the government while it is in the government and if anyone tries to do it, it will leave the government.

Who is his expression aimed at? That is, what is he trying to say? Although he has not revealed it clearly, it is not necessary to guess that he is targeting the ruling party UML and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

But the question arises – will the Congress leave the government if Gagan says it? Will party chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba accept the sky and resign as the Prime Minister? Is Gagan's voice appreciated in the Congress? I don't think that Gagan's voice will be heard in the Congress. However, Gagan is in the minority in the Congress Central Working Committee, even though he won the general election with good votes. 80 percent of the members are under Deuba's control. In such a situation, there is a strong opinion that "No matter what Gagan says, even a leaf in the Congress will not move unless Deuba wants it". What's the point of him talking big when he doesn't have an Arithmetic who listens and obeys him? What is the meaning of threatening to leave the government?
No matter how much Gagan screams, nothing will happen until the depression within Deuba is removed. Outside the party lines, Gagan is more popular than Deuba. Therefore, Gagan and Bishwa Prakash Sharma should be able to pressure Deuba that they will not sit in the chair of the General Minister after 4 years if they do not hold the Congress within the stipulated time. Not only that, Gagan/Vishwa Prakash should be able to say that a new face should be made the Prime Minister after 16 months by conducting parliamentary party elections as the position of the Congress will deteriorate further in the 2084 general elections if Deubaji sits on the Prime Minister's chair. Gagan/Vishwa should have opposed the trend of 'minus' the party by naming a person instead of saying that the leader of the party will become the Prime Minister on the 7-point agreement of the two parties. Therefore, there is no reason to move it to the convention. However, most of the leaders are left with position, prestige, and chair. Deuba is also among them. However, Deuba will not be held back from fulfilling the obligations given by the entire Congress party constitution because of one person's dereliction of duty. The Congress should educate other parties by holding a convention within the time limit and should not be satiated because of the selfishness of one person.
