The term given by the nation builder Prithvi Narayan Shah to Nepal as a yam between two stones is still memorable. He may have said that thinking that our country is as weak and weak as a yam between big and hard stones.

Looking at the subsequent historical background, it is clear that our geography, history, language, culture, society, economic transactions and other subjects are somehow connected with China and India. Until 4 decades ago, our reputation and dignity in the international world including our neighbors was excellent. Still there is an atmosphere of harmony everywhere in our country full of 126 castes, 123 languages. There is no conflict due to caste and social bitterness. It has become an exemplary subject for the world. But economically, we are lagging behind, constantly losing.

The ruler does not seem ready to open the door to prosperity in the near future. Although we are receiving huge aid from both neighbors for our development, the leadership there wants to see Nepal move forward. Funds received as assistance from neighboring countries and other organizations have become like pouring water on sand. Corruption, looting, fraud has gone out of control. Although the number of young people who have reached political leadership in recent times is significant, they do not feel the structure of the mountains, hills and plains, the story of the district, and the crying of the society. Who will pay attention to the multifaceted aspects of prosperity when the responsible leadership will be limited to political gossip, those who have gained expertise will not tire of boasting about their degrees?
Although not a subject matter expert, didn't China, Malaysia and Singapore achieve unimaginable success after Mao Tse Tung, Mahathir Mohamad and Lee Kuan Yew implemented strict development policies? It is impossible to count the number of other countries that have progressed in the same way. How long will the references like Belgium and Singapore overtake powerful neighbors, land-locked Switzerland become world-famous for its prosperity, as if telling a myth to the bear?
