The news that the government has agreed to enter into a labor agreement with Saudi Arabia was read in Kantipur. Will the government only send the youth to foreign countries by making labor contracts with foreigners or will they provide employment opportunities by opening industries in the country?

When will the government understand the fact that there is no employment in the country and we are forced to go abroad? The biggest problem is that now there is no one in the village except the old people and small children. As a result, the agricultural lands of the village have become barren. There is no production when there is no young manpower. A situation has arisen in the village where food has to be bought from the city. It is ironic to take imported food from abroad to the village when the farmers of the village have to support the city/market! When will the attention of the government and concerned agencies be paid to this?

does not mean that labor contracts with foreign countries should not be made. It is better for the state to send the youth abroad in a safe manner. Better than that is to open industries in the country and provide employment. The main job destination for Nepalis is Saudi Arabia. It may be reasonable for Nepalese to go to Saudi Arabia as a safe destination and at a low cost. It is said in the news that there are four lakh Nepalis working in Saudi Arabia apart from domestic workers. The government should have initiated a labor agreement with Saudi Arabia, which has 400,000 workers.

The labor agreement with Saudi Arabia should be in the interest of the workers. Let the government send its citizens for jobs with dignity. Avoid any labor scam. In the current environment where most of the manpower is cheating the Nepalis, it cannot be said that it is wrong to take the initiative for employment on behalf of the state and prepare the labor contract.
