It has been 15/20 days since the new pitch from Lainchour to Kaldhara Chowk. But according to the rules, zebra crossing, white lane divider line and yellow safety line have not been made yet.
The responsible body for this is the road department or the traffic police office? There is no zebra cross where the crash site is written. This is just an example and a sample found. If there is an accident in that area, who will take responsibility?
