1.The government of Nepal has not given the posts of associate professors and professors in Nepal Open University, but the common people may be surprised that there are people who are appointed for political reasons.

2. About 7 years ago, lecturers, professors and associate professors were appointed in Nepal Open University through an allegedly open written examination.

3. If we look at the structure at that time, the vice-chancellor, registrar, professors and staff were appointed in proportion to the three major parties, Congress, UML and Maoists.

4. What is the respect of professors in Nepal Open University? All of them are temporary staff for 6 months, not academics as every 6 months the Executive renews their term  Adds

6. It has been a year since the executive decided to appoint such coordinators as vice-chancellors, but due to internal conflicts and arrogance of the vice-chancellor, they have not been appointed.
