The saying that teachers should be kept away from party politics is not the only time. However, political party leaders are not paying attention to this matter.

What will be the condition of the educational quality of the country when the teachers and students will do the politics? At least two-thirds of the current government should declare education as a political-free zone. The oldest Tribhuvan University employs staff on political lines. The teaching professors are affiliated with some party. The parties have forced some to join politics against their will. Without political access, promotion is not possible, promotion is not based on merit and efficiency. Nowadays politics is more than education in government schools. Not only the teachers but also the staff should be separated from the political sphere. Now government employees seem to be following leaders rather than work. Employees are the servants of the nation, they should work for the benefit of the people. To eat salary from the taxes paid by the people and serve the leader?
