The news entitled '20 people arrested for embezzlement of children's temple land' is related to the issue that officials and employees have been complaining about for a long time in the Nepal Children's Organization, which was opened with the sacred aim of child upliftment and the responsibility of protecting orphaned children.

Irregularities have been done in about 29 ropani land of the organization in Naxal. In 2049, children's organization leased 9 ropani land to Brihaspati Vidyasadan for 4 years, and in 2072, it extended the lease period up to 2131 by making a supplementary agreement. On the other hand, in the year 2076, by Brihaspati, the Rai School run by the Indian Board was arbitrarily leased for 50 years to operate on 5 ropani land of the temple. When raising issues of embezzlement, irregularities and other issues, it seems that the organization cannot collect the increased rent for eight years from the leased land, the amount of rent taken from the trader's petrol pump i.e. Kanak Traders on the land of the temple premises is opaque. Similarly, the general secretary of the organization leased the organization's land to his own company, officers and employees did not return the money taken, 13 ropani land was rented out for commercial purposes, violating the policy and passing the organization's vehicle in the name of an individual are some examples of reference abuse. In connection with this discrepancy, the court has issued arrest warrants against 20 people, including the then president of Nepal Children's Organization, Rita Singh Vaidya, and the president of Brihaspati Vidyalaya Management Pvt. Ltd. In fact, because the leaders who came to power after the political movement of 2046 did not pay attention to the criminal activities, there has been arbitrariness and looting of government, public and private lands. If strict action is not taken against the criminals, it is certain that such bad activities will continue.
