Sushila Karki, who made history by becoming the first woman Chief Justice of the country, has also become the first woman Prime Minister. In other words, the youth have entrusted the 73-year-old mother to build the country. He has the responsibility to end the bullying by the 'Ba', to control corruption, and to maintain good governance. Karki, who retired without leaving any stain on her image even after working in the judiciary for a long time, has returned to the executive responsibility of the country after a break of almost eight years.

He himself is a lecturer of constitution and law. While taking the oath of the Prime Minister, he is being criticized that he took the leadership through a wrong interpretation of the constitution. However, people have seen it as the demand of the country, time and situation. The political revolution made by the youth prepared the basis for making him the prime minister. He had to take responsibility that he did not think about through a process different from the constitution, laws, rules and regulations of political parties.

Sushila Karki has the opportunity to build the country, but along with it, there are thorns in the way. At any moment he will be pricked by those thorns. Trying to go everywhere will not be easy. Because, it is not easy to throw away the thorns planted by the 'Ba' who have been in power for decades, sometimes in the name of Congress, sometimes UML and sometimes Maoists.

Former Chief Justice Karki, who came into the limelight due to her hockey and honest nature while leading the judiciary, is also challenged to lead the country from the damaged structure during the Jen-G demonstration and hand over power to the new people's representative who will come after the next election. Because, if the election cannot be held within 6 months, the President has the right to declare him incompetent. Executive powers are vested in the President. which right at any time 

is also prone to misuse. Because, President is the person who comes from Congress politics. Those leaders and parties are afraid that their existence will be in crisis when elections are held, 

which leaders and parties are injured due to the current agitation.

Now parties like Congress, UML and Maoist Center are injured. People cannot trust them if elections are held immediately. They never did anything to win people's trust when they were in power. Instead, he became engrossed in amassing wealth that would last seven generations. Despite that, they were engrossed in clinging to power and power by misleading the people. The rebellion of the people started to be suppressed. He never wanted to understand the needs of the age and the reality of the country.

Although Sushila Karki took the leadership of the executive, the country is run by the employees. If employees don't feel comfortable, Karki won't feel comfortable either. But the employees will have to accept the Karki leadership. There is no doubt that there is collusion between the leaders and employees in the increased corruption in the country. In this situation, it is also a challenge for Karki, who is very serious against corruption, to employ employees easily.

With about 40 days left to retire as Chief Justice, he faced impeachment. The ruling Congress and Maoist MPs filed an impeachment motion against him, later the impeachment motion died due to an interim order by the Supreme Court. But there is also a danger of its influence on Congress and Maoist leaders.

The biggest contribution to Sushila Karki becoming Prime Minister is Jen-ji. Jen-Ji has protested against corruption. They have demanded strict action against those involved in corruption. Now the prime minister has to immediately form a commission to investigate corruption. Not only by forming a commission, he should take its report and implement it before holding elections.

Although the interpretation of the constitution is to be done by the courts, the parties have already started it since Karki's appointment. Efforts to stop it by reaching the court have already started. Karki, who seems to be very aggressive against corruption and misrule, is afraid not only of leaders but also of employees to investigate their assets. Because, while being in the highest position of the judiciary, Karki has tied the wrists of leaders, employees, businessmen and middlemen. The biggest fear among the leaders is that he will not leave them now.

Citizens' desire is to maintain good governance. The main demand raised by Jen-Ji is to control corruption and maintain good governance. Similarly, the delay in service delivery has also been widely criticized. Now the challenge is how the Karki-led government will improve such matters. It is not easy for Karki to overcome this challenge. 6 months is not enough time for Karki to stop the robbery system that has been entrenched for years, but if the citizens help, the foundation can be laid.

The House of Representatives was dissolved, but the Congress, UML and Maoist Center are in power in the provincial assemblies. Leaders of these parties are sitting in the places where decisions are made by the union and implementation is carried out. There is little chance of getting support from them and the challenge of how to implement their decisions is also on Karki.

A movement made by a front or a party with certain demands is successful and becomes the prime minister easily. However, it is not possible to integrate the scattered discontents and move forward with only the suggestions of their allies and advisors. Karki has the challenge of reconciling disaffected groups by showing respect.

Not only did the youth give Karki the opportunity to hang a photo on the wall of the Singha Darbar, but he also gave him the responsibility of change. It is said that a house run by a 'mother' is more disciplined. Sanskar is good. Now, it remains to be seen how successful the new government led by 'Ama' will be in moving the country to a new destination. This government has the responsibility to radically improve the economic condition of the country.
