The situation in the country has reached a critical and complicated stage. Moreover, since the international environment is becoming conflict-oriented and hostile, we cannot stay away from its effects and effects. However, the situation is not yet out of control. There is no way to be satisfied with this.

There is no analysis by playing on words and fleeting and seasonal promises like water bubbles have no meaning. If we do not change the national guidelines by addressing the pressure of time, social dynamics and serious situation, the situation may become more dire.

Due to the unhealthy competition of power or the blind desire to strengthen self-interest, the punishable character got immunity, respect and importance. By suppressing internal democracy in the parties, arbitrary leadership has developed, causing a terrible deviation and despair in the people's trust. If all parties, including the ruling party, are not seriously alert in time, the country is sure to go to a more complicated situation.

The coalition government of the two main parties, Congress and UML, was formed at this time last year, following the parliamentary method and system regarding the formation of the government and the position of the opposition. It also completed a year recently. The Prime Minister spoke the irrefutable truth in his first statement after assuming office, 'This government is not allowed to make mistakes and fail.' But in the review of the past one year, the public response is being heard, 'This coalition, it took work to form the government, it did not work for the country and the people.' Two decades ago, every day in the media, due to violent conflict, there was a sad story of genocide, looting and kidnapping, similarly, there is not a morning like this today, when the news of the early morning does not reveal the corruption scandal worth crores and billions.

The Prime Minister's sudden realization of silence towards the corruption scandal that has led the country into ruin, failed and defamed the government, has not only become a challenge to his commitment, but also raised questions about the justification of the Good Governance Commission formed under his chairmanship.

The report on the land embezzlement of Tribhuvan University in Kirtipur, the disappearance of the report on the land embezzlement of the Tribhuvan University in Kirtipur, and the reversal of the unanimous decision of the Parliamentary Committee on the 'two-year cooling off period' applicable to retired government employees as a dangerous conspiracy, have been made clear by the amendment presented in the National Assembly as per the instructions of the party. Legislation on authority, disappearance of interpretation of unanimous policy decisions of subcommittees and other anomalous games have exposed the fact that corruption has been encouraged.

Good governance is not just about smooth speech, the methodology itself must be strengthened. Value-based competent and strong institutions and strict implementation of laws are mandatory to establish the system. Depriving constitutional institutions of their autonomy and making them a department, a rubber stamp or a helpless shadow of the government is the first form of the end of governance. By advertising the

theory and trying to operate democracy in the form of party democracy and politicization in the pattern of government or party non-governmental organizations, questions have been raised about the popularity, justification and relevance of the government or party. People's trust in the organs of the state like executive, judiciary and legislature is falling. Even in the actions taken, the people have not been able to feel fairness at all.

If the coalition government standing on such a strong foundation fails, there is no answer to the question of which government will succeed. Matters and problems of public importance inherited from the formation of the government are mostly intact. The constitution amendment is mentioned in the second point of the seven-point agreement that proves the justification of this government, which established the basic justification of the coalition government.

But for a year now it has been limited to speeches, slogans and discussions. It is dishonest to the people. In line with the letter and spirit of the constitution, this alliance has been formed for the end of the decisive dominance of interest groups and for a stable government. In order to face the current challenges, it is necessary to resolve the people's disappointment by being future-oriented rather than past-oriented.

The meeting of the Congress Working Committee to revive the relationship between the party and the government, as a result of the monsoon rains in the country, severe loss of life in Bhotekoshi and Rasuwa, floods and landslides in the mountains, lack of rain and drought in the Terai Madhesh, irreparable damage caused by water scarcity, as well as various exploitative problems faced by sugarcane farmers, milk producers and all farmers, complications of chemical fertilizer supply, problems of cooperatives as well as microfinance and meter interest-affected communities, Existing problems in industry, commerce and supply, easy and simple arrangements for investment, educational conditions, special sensitivity and interest towards the School Education Act Amendment Bill, the government should arrange pension for mountain climbing and trekking workers after 20 years of service, health service problems, contemporary, relevant and mandatory responsibilities are various topics.

The Congress meeting has also warned about the mandatory responsibility of Congress MPs in enhancing the effectiveness, public trust and dignity of Parliament. But due to the loss of the party in the government, the Congress is forced to bear the weight of the controversial activities and failures of the government.

The increase in revenue contribution from dependent financial resources (remittances) cannot be considered as happiness only. In addition to using it properly, the government does not have a reliable strategy to convince the new generation for their safe and secure life and bright future within the country. The main reason for the crisis in the economy is that the country is getting caught in a dangerous cycle of corruption, smuggling, mafia, embezzlement, black money played by economic criminals making decisive access to power and politics in the name of 'parallel' or 'shadow economy'.

People want tough legal action and campaign against corruption. Impunity, which is becoming uncontrollable due to the lack of good governance, corruption and the current activities of patronizing and encouraging financial criminals, mafia and middlemen, are increasing public discontent.

Considering the international activities, it seems that the coming days will be even harsher and unfavorable for a country like ours. All the powerful countries, including their neighbors, have increased their defense budgets at an extraordinary rate and have started to emphasize militarization. The threat of war is gathering towards Asia. Due to the situation in Asia and the Pacific region, the Pacific Ocean has started to become a 'Troublesome Ocean'. Increase in defense budget and import-export of arms and munitions, militarization and preparations for war hamper the wave of democratic movement.

There is an extraordinary decline in foreign development aid received by developing countries. The coming days will be more difficult and challenging due to the serious impact on foreign employment and the worrying possibility that many Nepalis working abroad will be forced to return home or join the military like in the Russia-Ukraine war. Also, Nepal being placed in the 'Tier 2' 'Black List' in the Human Trafficking Report of the US Government, being in the 'Grey List' of the International Financial Institutions and being in the list of the leading countries in corruption clearly portrays the current situation.

Even at this time, regardless of the seriousness of the situation, if the government continues to do its daily work with the status quo, and if the news of ministers and employees getting involved in some kind of corruption scandal is coming every day, then the expectation of forgiveness from the people will be lost. Our credibility has been tarnished by being helpless and mute spectators to the horrors created by corruption, impunity, misrule and economic crime.

The reaction of the party friends and the public is heard that the activities of the state have become more reactive than proactive policy, the relationship within the coalition has become motivated by vested interests. As the constitutional institutions and the hearing mechanism have started to be shadowed by the government, the tendency to think of the people's voice as a gnat has become uncontrollable. The government's job is not to set dates for the tenure of office and to focus on favoritism, but to communicate hope by addressing people's feelings, daily problems, needs, widespread mistrust and despair.

Let's form a high-level judicial commission under the leadership of a former chief justice to investigate the famous and political corruption scandals so far. I have been constantly raising this issue with the government and the party. The record of the demand of the high-level inquiry committee spoken by the current prime minister while he was the leader of the opposition party is preserved in the parliament.

What is the secret of showing the drama that the two-thirds support of the government did not listen to this justified voice expressed by the people? The country wants to get rid of the great disease of accepting a recognition while in the opposition, but forgetting it when coming to power. There is no excuse for betraying or disappointing the trust and confidence of the people in the coalition government. Therefore, a ruthless review, evaluation and analysis of the overall situation as well as a new hope, trust and confidence building action plan in the public mind is the first and imperative need of the present.
