Nowadays we are losing the habit of working. He is ashamed to pick up his plate. It is a lot of fun to spend a lot of money to show off. Want to get rich quick. Our mind does not accept to consider others as better and faster than ourselves.

Even if we do good and others do good, our eyes see bad. If other people's things are not cut, you get a sense of what is missing. When someone gives you value for free, you feel like you are big when you walk as his bag. Even those who are weak in educational qualifications are very ahead in jobs and flattery. 

What I want to say here is our mentality of trying to benefit only ourselves regardless of the time and country situation. Quantitatively some may be less and some may be more but we all have a bag mentality in one way or another. Especially in the leadership class, the entire bureaucracy, private sector, civil society and even in the common people, the mentality has taken root badly. 

Where did so many mistakes in our thinking come from? Bureaucracy is considered as permanent government. Currently, the mechanisms of the government have changed, but the public trust in the bureaucracy is losing more and more. There is a shortage of morals among the employees who provide services closely at the doorsteps of the citizens. There is a large community of those who seek employment and flattery to be transferred to a place of their choice, to a place of various benefits. Hence the few honest employees are left behind. Moreover, in every field, a system is being created that only hardworking and honest people suffer. 

On the one hand, lazy mentality is developing in every field and on the other hand, morality is disappearing. Let's not go too far! Let's look at the Civil Bill passed by the House of Representatives a few days ago! The bill, which was stalled for a few months due to the 'cooling off period', was passed by a majority in the House of Representatives. The next day, many media said that the main point of the bill was to maintain the 'cooling off period' for two years. Only the next day the reality came out - there is a fraud. Now one continues to blame the other. 

Here mistakes, shortcomings have been made from all sides. It should not be taken as a small mistake for an assembly like the House of Representatives to pass something like a bill without even reading it and without understanding it. On the other hand, the bill has definitely not been tampered with by the high-ranking staff who are putting pressure on the party leaders and ministers to not have a 'cooling off period'.

Let's not be surprised at our situation! Even though it is by paying, the employees are eager to be posted and transferred to a better place. Even the work to be done does not feel like an employee until the file  There is a widespread tendency to take advantage of their work by showing a little financial temptation, even if the ordinary citizen does not have a job. Our leadership class lacks high political culture. A corrupt mindset has been developed with bad thoughts and ideas that anything can happen after being honorable. The irony of leaders is that they cannot rise above their own benefits by flattering and working with high-ranking employees. 

The private sector is obsessed with making high profits by providing low-quality goods and services. There is a large community of those who trade in health, education and even death. Middlemen are dominant in every sector. For example, we are forced to buy a product sold by farmers for 20 rupees per kg.

Such intermediaries are like locusts in every field. In some cases, the government itself has played the role of an intermediary. In such a situation the state is innocent. Impunity is rampant. When the state becomes innocent, morality disappears. The one who is honest, who follows the rules of politics, is the one who will suffer. Now our situation has progressed in the same way.
