The present time seems to be very active when the activities of the opponents of the Federal Democratic Republic are increasing. The ousted king, who was deposed due to the clamor and heat of the mass movement, has started singing the song 'democracy has not won the trust of the people'.

The leaders of the political parties have forgotten how innocent the people were made during the direct rule of the king. The makers of the present government, the Congress and the UML and any other political party, big or small, did not see the need to counter the former king. The leaders of the political parties who failed to deliver the good governance they agreed with the people have turned the republic into a dictatorship. People are going through a state of political insensitivity.

At the very least, the historic party Congress, which has always fought for democratic change, could have had its spokesperson refute the ex-king's rhetoric. Political parties committed to a federal republic should have demonstrated unity against the anti-democratic rhetoric and activities now being spread in the country. However, the parties could not be serious about democracy. The Congress, which is the master of every change in the country, should be thoughtful on such a sensitive issue.

However, the Congress is stuck in an internal 'rut'. The enlightened leaders of the party are in the grip of Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba. They have understood the signals and gestures of Chairman Deuba. However, they can neither clearly disagree with Speaker Deuba, nor interpret his silence.

In recent times, Congress leaders and workers have been forced to give up their hearts by listening to Speaker Deuba's irrelevant words. Dr. Apart from Shekhar Koirala, none of the MPs and leaders of the party at the top of the party have raised a clear voice of disagreement with Speaker Deuba even at the tea table. 

This expression of Dr. Shekhar is very poignant: Congress is in power but not in the government. After the formation of the Congress-UML alliance, the confidence of important leaders of the Congress has weakened. The vigor, vigor and vigilance within them is lost. Let's say something in clear words, what will be the negative or positive response of the chairman? Let's not talk, how long will you suppress the voice of your soul, what kind of politics! In the

revelation, the country's biggest parties, Congress and UML, are intertwined in power relations. UML President KP Sharma Oli has become the Prime Minister under the patronage of Congress President Deuba. However, this protection has no meaning. Because Chairman Deuba has protected the current government.

The honest workers of the party are not satisfied with this. Democracy is not active in Congress party. This equation made by the mutual advice of Chairman Deuba and UML President KP Oli has not been effective.

Leaders who are at the leadership level of the Congress and are known to be able to reason ideologically are not ready to speak a reactionary language against the arbitrary decision of Speaker Deuba. To protect his vested interests, Speaker Deuba can go to any extent. Deuba, the simple-minded chairman, has grown in arrogance with age. 

In recent times, his personality has not been on the way to become the 'universal' leader of the party. He is now planning to hold the party's convention by November 2082 after the 2084 elections. However, there is no way that the Congress can go to the elections without the guidance of the convention.

Chairman Deuba's sycophants show him a beautiful picture of the golden future of the Congress, but the situation of the Congress in all the seven provinces of the country is unstable. In Madhesh, the Congress is at a standstill. Be it Lumbini or Gandaki, Karnali or Bagmati, nowhere is the situation easy for the Congress. 

A prophetic commentary has been prepared that after Oli, Speaker Deuba will become the Prime Minister and the election will also be held by his government. Based on this commentary, some revolutionary young leaders of the Congress, who have been presented as bitter critics of the Speaker Deuba, have been directly and indirectly connected with the Speaker Deuba. It is definitely not politically wise to create a situation where you can cut your 'ticket' by teasing the Speaker Deuba at the present time when the theoretical politics has been dissolved.

Since the country entered the era of federal republic, many people have adopted politics as a profession rather than a service. Some of these people are connected with politics like Congress, UML, RPPA, JSP etc. for convenience and concession.

However, from 2017 till now, even some of the militant leaders who have reached the leadership level without saying anything about the heat, wind and storm do not want to protest against the inconsistent behavior of Chairman Deuba. No one wants to make their future insecure. It's not even unnatural. Speaker Deuba has ruined the politics of many who spoke against him. Moreover, in recent times, it seems clear that his politics have become entangled with various apolitical and criminal interests.

The Nepali Congress is the organized force that organizes the planned combination of revolution and struggles to bring awakening in the mountains, Madhesh, Chure and Kanth-Khad for political, social, cultural and economic freedom in Nepal and share the happy dream of socialism. No one disagrees with this. However, this party, which successfully combined revolution and people's movement many times, could not properly use the power in favor of the people. Yes, some of its leaders have certainly enjoyed luxury opportunities for themselves. Dozens of people at the top of the leadership were physically installed after the 2046 movement. However, all of them turned out to be rubbish. Their political contribution to a strong democracy and the country was not seen much. 

Under the leadership of Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba, some of the leaders of Nepali Congress are active in tarnishing the image of the party by enjoying unwanted power games. These facts should not be forgotten here - this party, which carries the ideal of democratic socialism, won more than two-thirds of the votes in the 2015 general election, but did not get a chance to complete its progressive economic and political programs. Even after the rebirth of democracy in 2047, the Nepali Congress was mired in internal strife for power interests. This party could not follow its ideals.

Maoist insurgency was signaled by the election results of 2048. The presence of 'hard' leftists including Krishna Bahadur Mahara in the parliament after the historic change was the first sign of violent rebellion. Initially, Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala 'ignored' that signal. He seemed to be confident that constitutional monarchy and multi-party democracy would solve all problems after the 2047 movement. 

But, once again, politics came out of the leak. Dissolution of the nine-month-old UML government, Supreme Court's order for the dissolution of the parliament and the restoration of the parliament, the selection of Nepali Congress leader Sher Bahadur Deuba as the parliamentary leader in the restored parliament, this was a strange cycle of change.

Even before becoming the chairman of the Nepali Congress, Deuba had efficiently formed the government by including 'all panchas'. It was a matter of power, certainly not a matter of happiness. However, this was definitely an opportunity for Deuba to understand the rubbish of politics. Chairman Deuba himself has become adept at such games of political alliances.

He has been the prime minister five times from 2052 to 2078. However, the topic that earned him the most 'jas' is the Mahakali treaty with India. But what is the current 'status' of the Mahakali project? I don't think Deuba wants to say anything about that.

At the moment, the politics of President Deuba seems to be getting confused. Yesterday, people used to sing praises about him so easily, that feeling is completely absent now. Democracy is not connected with the post of President of Nepali Congress. Deuba himself has established himself in that place. However, the Congressmen are reluctant to put their own president on the seat of the party's catalyst.
