The problem of back pain has started to increase even among young people. However, before the problem appears immediately, the background of back pain is already being prepared. Due to the urban amenities available in the modern age, most of us spend long hours working on computers. We sit and watch TV continuously.

Sitting in one place for a long time does not improve the blood circulation of the back muscles. 

The neck of a person who uses a motorcycle, laptop or mobile phone a lot stretches forward. In this case, the pain may increase. The neck should be kept straight. The back should be held back. Sometimes the back hurts even when sitting in the same position. But after a while you stop caring. If you sit without moving like this, the back muscles gradually weaken and become weak. In this way, when the strength is weakened, if there is a shock, if something is lifted, it hurts badly. Sometimes back pain is also caused by urinary bladder, urinary tract or kidney infection. But if there is an infection in the urine, not only the back hurts, but also fever, burning urine, and nausea. Back pain can also occur when someone is under mental stress. According to orthopedic experts, 80 percent of back pain problems are not that complicated. 

According to experts, the number of people suffering from back pain has increased in Nepal. 90% of patients who come to the doctor do not need any surgery, rest and medication are fine. Only 10 percent may need surgery. 20 percent of people who underwent surgery in the United States were found to have no particular benefit. 

The main causes of back pain are bad posture, excess obesity and modern busy life, lack of exercise. Back pain means that the muscle tissue in the back is weak. It is important to rest those tissues. But you don't have to be completely asleep. X-rays should not be taken immediately after back pain. If the pain does not subside even after resting for a few days, X-rays and other tests are needed. Before the age of twenty-five, if the pelvis hurts along with the back, if there is difficulty in urinating, if the pain worsens during continuous sleep, the advice of experts should be taken immediately.

In Nepal, the problem of back and knee pain may have increased in urban women due to obesity. According to the latest statistics, 35 percent of Nepalese women are obese. A healthy diet, lifestyle, and walking can help maintain a healthy weight and reduce mental stress. Losing weight and doing some yoga postures to avoid back problems can reduce the problem. By making the muscles flexible and improving the blood circulation, the back muscles do not tire quickly. Therefore, those who walk for 20-30 minutes every day and work in the mech for 8-10 hours should get up from the mech every one to two hours. Due to this, the blood circulation of the back muscles is interrupted and the process of muscle fatigue is reduced. 

I have used it as I have learned not to stay glued to the computer for 2-3 hours continuously while working in various international organizations. After back pain, you should rest first. But you don't have to sleep continuously. If the back pain is not severe in nature, rest will relieve the pain on its own. Experts recommend soaking the affected area with cold water for the first 24 hours, followed by hot water. Nowadays, there are many medicines available in the market that reduce pain. 

There are various other symptoms of back pain due to urinary tract infection. In this case, you should immediately consult a healthcare professional. Marjari Asana, Tadasana, Balaasana, Uttanapada Asana, Hasta Padasana and Surya Namaskar should be practiced daily on oneself. Also, if the weight is maintained properly, back pain problems can be avoided.
