For any country to be fully independent is a very big issue. Most of the countries are not fully self-sufficient. Whether physical or immaterial, not all goods and services are available in the country. Developing and least developed countries fulfill their needs and objectives by importing and exporting whatever is available.

That is why, yesterday, the medium of exchange was in vogue. Different countries have their own qualities, characteristics, goods and services, environment, environment, natural resources and resources, etc. Whatever the country has, that country exports the goods and services that it uses in excess according to the demand of other countries and imports the goods and services that it needs from other countries. In this way, countries are running their state system easily through the import-export of goods and services.

Whether the product/service is imported or exported, its nature, cost, availability of raw materials, demand and supply of manufactured goods vary from place to place. If it is related to agriculture, it will be on land, in agricultural farms, if it is a commodity, it will be in a factory that produces goods. If it is related to service, it happens in educational institutions, training centers, training centers that produce services. Even if goods and services are produced as a whole, the place of production can be understood and said as a factory.

cloth factory, paper factory, shoe factory, drug factory, tea factory, flour factory etc. In this way, the goods and services produced by the factory are used in the required quantity and according to the demand they are exported and the necessary materials are imported from other countries. Through which foreign trade is transacted. Such transactions have a direct impact and impact on the economy. If exports exceed imports, the balance of payments remains positive, but if exports are less than imports, the balance of payments remains negative. An imbalance of payments is not good for any country. In such cases foreign exchange reserves are required. In other words, foreign exchange must be arranged to pay for imported goods.

Usually in factories, goods and services are produced, which are inanimate. But a factory where exportable resources/human resources are produced, not goods and services. Plus two, after graduation, post graduation, some are exported to America, Australia, Europe, UK, while some are exported to Malaysia, Arabia, Dubai, Qatar. Just as when producing goods, they are imported-exported to different countries based on the demand for the quality of the goods, in the same way, educational level human resources are being produced from factories in the form of educational institutions and are being exported to different countries. Nowadays, 2,200 to 2,500 youth workers of the country are leaving the country every day. Statistics show that more than 70,000 youth went abroad in Baisakh alone. As the young generation is leaving day by day, the number of students in the educational institutions is low and the bachelor's and degree colleges are closing down. Homes are becoming retirement homes for the elderly. In the village, there is a lack of people to mourn the death and to attend the wedding.

In the current situation, educational institutions have been transformed into labor exporting factories. It is said that if you want to destroy any country, it is enough to destroy the education system of that country. Nowadays, there is no young person who thinks that he can do something in the country and that it can be done. First of all, how did we make our education system? How should it be made? How should it be? It is too late to find answers to such questions. Due to the lack of employment opportunities in the society, political instability and the inability to form a stable government, the knots of various alliances are sometimes tightened and sometimes loosened. Projects not being completed on time, discipline and morality disappearing in the society, corruption taking an institutional form, nepotism, nepotism gaining favor, giving importance to those who have wealth among the citizens, there is no importance of being honest and moral here. There are various issues such as the presence of middlemen in every field, ours getting a place over the best, the system is collapsing rather than developing. Today's youth are disappointed with the country.

It is definitely not easy to leave the family and work in a foreign country to study and earn income. But why is the attraction there? Those who are not fit for abroad, such class community will stay here but those who have skill, knowledge, labor, ability, time has come for them to leave the country. Those who go abroad after studying plus two, graduation, post-graduation, sweat, the price of export labor is supporting the country with 'remittance'. A sweatshop price is used to pay for imported goods. Running all the countries with the value of exporting human resources is like selling ashes after burning down the house.

Today, many houses from villages to cities are turning into old age homes. When the festival comes, what will be the situation in that house if the children are not with them? There is a weak mother in the house, there is no one to give hot water. Money has come from remit in bank account, no friend to accompany to hospital for treatment. Neither parents can go and live abroad, nor children who have gone abroad can return home. Now it is seen that after the death of the parents, the dead body has to be kept in a box for several days as the children have to come from abroad. Those who emigrated hoping to earn a

are known only to families who suffer the pain of returning a dead body in a red box. Be it for studying or for earning income. Regardless of the purpose for which they go abroad, all of them are not going to return to the country after completing their studies, nor are they thinking of returning home after earning income. There is a growing trend among some young people who go to countries like Europe, America, Australia, UK, and take the money from Nepal to live and do business abroad. Only a few send money to the country. Those who go to Arab, Saudi, Malaysia, Qatar who have gone on working visa, the money they send comes to the country in the form of remittance. With the same remittances, high-ranking experts are saying that the economy of the country is moving towards ease.

In the future, educational institutions up to plus two, graduation, post-graduation should be stopped from becoming labor export factories. It is the production and export of goods by the use of labour, not the export of labour. Labor is an invaluable resource. Just as the raw materials in the factory need to be of quality to produce quality goods, in the same way, the educational system should also be improved to prepare quality human resources. In this way, it is too late for stakeholders to pay attention to creating an environment where qualified manpower can be prepared and earn a living by working in the country. The need of the day is to find a way to produce and export goods and services using laborers labeled with educational quality. which can imbibe the concept of prosperity of the country along with economic growth.
