Retired Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Nepal Police Arjun Chand Thakuri has passed away.
Former DIG Chand passed away during treatment at the Medicity Hospital in Lalitpur. According to Nepal Police spokesperson Abhi Narayan Kafle, Chand was admitted to the hospital after he suddenly fell to the ground while cleaning a vehicle.
After being discharged from the hospital, his health deteriorated after he reached home and was taken to the hospital again.
