There is a possibility of moderate rain and snowfall with thunder and lightning in some places in the hilly and mountainous regions, while the division has stated that moderate rain with thunder and lightning may occur in some places in the Terai. There is a possibility of heavy rain in one or two places in the hilly and Terai areas of Koshi Province. It has been predicted that there may be gales in some places in the Terai areas of Koshi Province and Madhes Province.
It will remain generally cloudy throughout the country tonight as well. There is a possibility of moderate rain and snowfall with thunder and lightning in many places in Koshi Province and some places in the hilly areas of Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini Provinces and a few places in the Himalayan region.
