The seven-member task force, formed by including all stakeholders, includes the coordinator Rai, a senior divisional engineer of the Ministry of Infrastructure Development, a representative of the party opposing the construction of the cable car, and a representative of the Pathibhara Area Development Committee. In addition, representatives of the cable car construction company, the Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the Personal Joint Secretary of Prime Minister Balendra Shah's Secretariat are also members of the task force.
