The government has started implementing the report of the High-Level Commission on Investigation and Conservation of Government and Public Land (Rawal Commission). The Ministry of Land Management, Cooperative Federal Affairs and General Administration has written a letter to the Department of Land Management and Records and the Department of Survey on Monday, asking them to block the encroached land included in the commission's report from being sold, transferred or transferred to any person through any other means. The letter states that all encroached government and public lands mentioned in the report must be blocked from being transferred in any way. The letter states that the government has decided to implement the report of the High-Level Commission on Investigation and Conservation of Government and Public Land. An 8-member committee led by Krishna Prasad Sapkota has also been formed to facilitate the implementation of the report. The ministry wrote the letter after discussions with the committee on Monday.
