The weather has changed and rain has fallen in various parts of the country. According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, the highest temperature in the country on Thursday was 32.6 degrees in Bhairahawa and 32.3 degrees in Dhangadhi. The drop in temperature has made the country feel cooler.

The temperature in other districts is lower than that. The temperature, which had crossed 41 degrees in some districts three days ago, has decreased today. Meanwhile, heavy rain has fallen in various districts in the last 24 hours today. According to the department, heavy rain has been measured at some measuring stations in Dhanusha, Mahottari, Bara, Morang, Makawanpur, Nawalparasi East, Tanahun and other districts. 

According to a bulletin issued by the Department's Weather Forecasting Division this evening, heavy rain is expected in one or two places in Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces tonight.

According to the department's information officer Dinkar Karyastha, it is reported that on Friday, Jestha 29, it will be generally cloudy in the mountainous and hilly regions of the country, including Koshi, Madhesh and Bagmati provinces, and partially cloudy in the remaining Terai regions. 

It is reported that there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain/snowfall with thunder/lightning in a few places in the mountainous and hilly regions of the country, including Koshi and Madhesh provinces, and in one or two places in the Terai regions of Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces. 

Currently, there is the influence of a western low pressure line and local winds in the upper atmosphere in Nepal.
