The office has issued a press release stating that an audio recording of Prakash Khadka using the name of the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers to use abusive language and threats to Ward Secretary Kamal Bhandari of Dullu Municipality-12 in Dailekh district has been made public.

According to the office, creating fear and panic, using abusive words and threatening public servants who are fulfilling their responsibilities in accordance with the law and established administrative procedures are condemnable and intolerable.

After the incident became public, the statement states that strict instructions have been given to the concerned security and investigation agencies to immediately bring Prakash Khadka to justice and take necessary action.

The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has stated that it is firm in favor of good governance, the rule of law, and the professional security and high morale of public servants.

In addition, everyone has been urged not to engage in threatening, influencing or creating undue pressure through phone calls, meetings or other means using the name of the Prime Minister, Secretariat or Office.

The office has urged government bodies, local levels and civil servants to proceed with their work only after verifying any suspicious phone calls, messages or conversations using the name of the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers or Secretariat through official channels to avoid such incidents.
