President Ram Chandra Poudel on Sunday sent back the bill to amend the Constitutional Council (Work, Duties, Rights and Procedures) Act, 2066 with a message. He has urged the government to reconsider the Constitutional Council (Work, Duties, Rights and Procedures) (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2083. Speaking on the issue, Lamichhane said that the withdrawal may have been done for some reason and said that the process will be given only after understanding.
He said, 'I understand, we have to understand that. What is it, what have you said? Let's understand that. We will respond only after understanding.
