According to the division, it will be generally cloudy in the mountainous and hilly parts of the country this afternoon and it will be partially cloudy in the Terai region. There is a possibility of moderate rain with thunder and lightning in some places in the mountainous and hilly parts of Koshi province, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces, and in the Terai areas of Bagmati and Gandaki provinces, including Madhesh province, and in some places in the mountainous and hilly parts of Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces.
Similarly, it will be generally cloudy in the mountainous parts of the country tonight and partly cloudy in the hilly and Terai parts. There is a possibility of light rain or snowfall in some places in the mountainous parts of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Karnali provinces.
In addition, the temperature is seen to be gradually increasing in most parts of the country. The division has forecast that the temperature will increase in the Terai, valleys and gorges of Lumbini and Sudurpaschim provinces. The division has requested the general public in those areas to adopt caution.
