According to the division, it will be generally cloudy in the mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces this afternoon. The mountainous areas of the rest of the provinces, as well as the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Karnali Provinces, will be partially cloudy, and the weather will remain clear in the rest of the country.
There is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain/snowfall with thunder/lightning in some places in the mountainous areas of Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces, including the mountainous and hilly areas of Koshi Province. There is a possibility of hot days in the valleys and gorges of Madhesh Province, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini and Sudurpaschim Provinces, as well as in the Tarai regions of Lumbini and Sudurpaschim Provinces.
Similarly, tonight, the Himalayan and hilly regions of Koshi Province, including the mountainous regions of Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces, will be partly cloudy, and the weather will remain mainly clear in the remaining mountainous, hilly and Tarai regions. There is a possibility of light rain and snowfall at one or two places in the mountainous regions of Koshi Province.
