According to the Hydrology and Meteorology Forecasting Division, there is a possibility of light rain or snowfall with thunder and lightning in some places in the mountainous and hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces this afternoon, in one or two places in the mountainous regions of Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces.
Similarly, tonight it will be generally cloudy in the mountainous regions of the country as well as in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces, while it will be partly cloudy in the hilly regions of other provinces including the Terai of Koshi Province.
The temperature is increasing in most parts of the country, and compared to the Terai regions of other provinces, some places including the Terai of Lumbini and Sudurpaschim Provinces are likely to be hotter.
