The meeting of the Council of Ministers held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers on Wednesday formed a four-member commission under the coordination of former Supreme Court Justice Rajendra Kumar Bhandari.
The members of the commission include former judges Chandiraj Dhakal, Purushottam Parajuli, former Deputy Inspector General of Police Ganesh KC and Chartered Accountant Prakash Lamsal.
