The agenda was made public by the General Secretary of the Parliament Secretariat, Padam Prasad Pandey, as per the instructions given by senior member Arjun Narsingh KC, who presided over the first meeting of the first session of the House of Representatives, which began on Thursday.

The Federal Parliament Secretariat has made public the schedule for the election of the Speaker of the House of Representatives to be held on Chaitra 22.

As per the instructions given by senior member Arjun Narsingh KC, who will preside over the first meeting of the first session of the House of Representatives that began on Thursday, the schedule was made public by the General Secretary of the Parliament Secretariat, Padam Prasad Pandey. 

According to the schedule, from 11 am to 2 pm on Chaitra 20, a notice of proposal (nomination) is scheduled to be registered at the Parliament Secretariat, Singha Durbar in the prescribed format for electing a member of the House of Representatives to the post of Speaker. The list of registered candidates will be published in the order of registration from 2:30 pm on the same day.

The notice of the registered proposal will be supported by the proposal and supporters and presented for decision after group discussion in the meeting of the House of Representatives to be held on Chaitra 22, the Secretariat has stated.
