The police had arrested the then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and former Home Minister Lekhak for implementing the report of the commission formed to investigate the Gen-G movement on 23 and 24 Bhadra.
Oli's statement has not begun. Investigation officers say that questions are being prepared on the issues to be asked of him.
Police had also arrested former Kathmandu Chief District Officer Chhabilal Rijal on Tuesday. However, he has been released on bail in the evening.
