Kumar Ben (Consultant) and Asim Shah have been appointed as the chief advisor to Prime Minister Balendra Shah. According to the Prime Minister's Secretariat, the cabinet meeting appointed Ben and Shah as advisors.

Ben, who was appointed as the chief advisor, has been an aide to Prime Minister Shah since before. Ben had been supporting Shah since he was the mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City. He was with Shah in this election campaign as well.

Asim Shah, who was appointed as the prime minister's chief political advisor, is a former Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) MP. He became an RSSSP MP in the 2079 elections. The discussion between RSSSP President Ravi Lamichhane and Prime Minister Shah about going on a political journey together took place at Asim Shah's house.

Subash Sharma has been appointed as the Prime Minister's Principal Private Secretary, while Vivek Mishra has been appointed as the IT Advisor.
