Currently, the hilly and mountainous parts of the country are cloudy due to the partial influence of the westerly wind, the high pressure system in the upper atmosphere, and the low pressure area in the lower atmosphere near the eastern region.
According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, fog will also occur in some places in the Terai and the valley. Clouds will also occur in Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.
