Six people, including a Nepali and a Pakistani, were injured after falling debris from a drone intercepted in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD) industrial area in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Abu Dhabi officials said air defense systems intercepted a drone on Thursday afternoon. After the drone was intercepted, its fragments fell in two places in the Iqbal-2 area, injuring six people, the Khaleej Times reported.

The injured are being treated, but no further details about the incident have been released. Security forces said the situation is under control and that relevant agencies are investigating the incident.
