A case has been filed against 13 people involved in vandalism and arson at important state institutions on Bhadra 24 in the name of the J-Nazi movement.

According to Kathmandu District Court Information Officer Deepak Shrestha, a case has been filed against Ashish Gurung, who was involved in the vandalism and arson at Singha Durbar, for criminal harassment and robbery.
Similarly, a case has been filed against Sunil Shrestha, Jyoti Thapa, Binod Kumar Thapa Magar, Kumar Parajuli and Raju Pariyar, who set fire to the Supreme Court. According to Shrestha, they have been charged with criminal harassment.
The Supreme Court had filed a complaint with the Kathmandu Police Complex demanding an investigation and action against those involved in the Bhadra 24 incident. Based on the investigation conducted, a case has been filed against them.
The charge sheet states that the defendants including Shrestha, Thapa, Magar, Parajuli caused damage worth Rs 1.23 billion 62.38 million to the Supreme Court by setting fire to it.
Similarly, a case has also been filed against Sameer Shrestha and Sunil Tamang on charges that were reported by the police circle. A case has also been filed against Nikhil Kusule, Sohan Chaudhary, Vivek Rokka and Chhatra Bahadur BK on charges of vandalizing the Balambu Police Division.
All the defendants have now been released on bail by the Government Attorney's Office. Officials informed that a summons will now be issued against them by the court.
The Government Attorney's Office has decided not to file a case against Bishnu Prasad Dhungol. It has been decided not to file a case because the video of him being present at the scene of the incident and the other defendants did not poll.
