A meeting of the Central Security Committee has been held under the chairmanship of Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal. The meeting held at the Home Ministry on Thursday was attended by the chiefs of all three security agencies and high-ranking officials of the Nepal Army.

In the meeting conducted through 'Zoom Yap', Home Minister Aryal took information from the officials of the Central Security Committee, the Chief Secretaries of all 7 provinces (Province Command Post Chiefs) and the Chief District Officers of all 77 districts, as well as the officials of the District Security Committees about the implementation of the provincial and district-level security strategy and election preparations.
A presentation was also made in the meeting by the officials of the District Security Committee, which includes the Provincial Chief Secretary and the Chief District Coordinator.
