The injured leopard was rescued and taken to the Arghakhanchi District Forest Office for treatment.
The leopard died on Monday afternoon, said Keshav Khadka, Information Officer of the Division Forest Office.
While rescuing the leopard, Namalal Shrestha, an employee of the Forest Office, was injured. He is undergoing treatment.
