All necessary ballot papers for the upcoming House of Representatives elections to be held on Falgun 21 have been printed.
Managing Director of Janak Shiksha Samagri Kendra Limited, Yadunath Poudel, informed that the responsibility of printing ballot papers given by the Election Commission was completed on Monday evening. He said that from today, all the ballot papers will be 'packaged' and transported to the respective provinces.
Managing Director Poudel said, 'We have completed the printing of 20 million 30 thousand ballot papers directly from Monday evening. We started printing with a schedule of 42 days, but we were able to complete it in 40 days. Now we will deliver ballot papers to all districts within 10 days.'
The center had been printing 1.3 to 1.5 million ballot papers daily. Earlier, the commission had printed 1 million sample ballot papers and delivered them to various places. The center stated that work is underway to send 20 million 830 thousand proportional ballot papers to the districts.
Managing Director Poudel informed that all the ballot papers have reached Karnali and Sudurpaschim, and work is underway to deliver ballot papers to the remaining areas within 10 days.
