Until further notice, Central Office Secretary Krishna Prasad Dulal has been assigned the responsibility of Acting Chief Secretary of the Central Office.
The resignation of Krishna Prasad Poudel, Chief Secretary of the Nepali Congress Central Office, has been accepted. Poudel's resignation, submitted on 28th Magh, was accepted by Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa.
Poudel had been serving as the Chief Secretary in the office since 27 Baisakh 2073. Accepting the resignation, President Thapa expressed his party and personal gratitude to Poudel for discharging his responsibilities as per the party's statute, rules and policies.
In addition, as per Article 25 (10) of the Nepali Congress Statute, 2017 (with amendments), Rule 46 (c) of the Nepali Congress Rules, 2076 and Rule 14 (a) of the Nepali Congress Staff Regulations, 2079, Krishna Prasad Dulal, Secretary of the Central Office, has been assigned the responsibility of Acting Chief Secretary of the Central Office until further notice.
