A havan has been performed in front of the Parliament building in New Baneshwor, praying for the peace of the souls of those who lost their lives in the Gen-G movement on Bhadra 23 and 24.
The 'Netravad Darshan' group, which has been protesting in Maitighar Mandala for a month, has started performing home-yagna and puja in front of the main gate of the Parliament building since Sunday.
The group has stated that this program was organized to remember the Gen-jis who lost their lives during the protest and to fulfill their dreams. 
Smriti Rai, an activist of the organizer Netravad Darshan, mentioned that the puja was not just a religious ritual but also a symbolic protest to solve the country's existing political and constitutional problems.
'We have taken this step to solve the problems of Gen-ji,' Rai said.
