Nepali Communist Party Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that unity among communist parties has been enhanced due to the realization of the need for a new national power.
Addressing the 'Election Special and Large Gathering' organized by the Solu-Kathmandu Liaison Coordination Committee here today, he said that the Nepali Communist Party was formed to protect national independence and thwart foreign conspiracies.
'The party was formed with the determination to build national power by uniting various communist parties and socialist components and to fulfill people's expectations through elections,' said Coordinator Dahal. He urged the NCP candidates to win the upcoming House of Representatives elections held under extraordinary circumstances.
