The government has decided to increase the ration amount of the Nepal Police.

The Cabinet meeting held in Baluwatar on Thursday decided to increase the ration scale and daily allowance with effect from Falgun 1. Government spokesperson and Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal said, "The Cabinet meeting has decided to increase the ration scale and daily allowance of the Nepal Police with effect from Falgun 1, 2082."

Similarly, the meeting has approved President Ram Chandra Poudel's visit to Japan starting from Magh 18. President Poudel is going on a visit from Magh 18-21 to participate in a program organized to mark the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Nepal and Japan.
